Kevin er rett og slett mannen i mitt liv. Det finnes ikke ett vondt hår på den kroppen, og jeg tror oppriktig at han må være en av de snilleste og herligste hundene i verden. Han pleier å være den sikre favoritt blant besøkende, til og med når vi har valper. Han elsker menneskene sine, og er der for dem i tykt og tynt. Vi pleier å si at Kevin ble "født lydig" siden han er ekstremt lydhør. Han kan stort sett gå løs hvor som helst, og hører alltid etter, også om det skulle løpe en katt, hjort eller noe annet spennende forbi. Ovenfor andre hunder pleier han å være rolig og behersket, og han har alltid hatt et veldig fint kroppsspråk ovenfor usikre eller yppende hunder. Han fantastiske gemytt, og lydighet, er noe vi ser godt igjen i hans avkom! Av hundesporter har nok agility vært Kevins favoritt. Til tross for hans "store" størrelse er han både rask og atletisk.

På grunn av hans nære forhold til min gode venn Camilla m/familie, og at de på det tidspunktet bodde bedre til enn det jeg gjorde, tok jeg det tunge, uselviske valget å la Kevin få flytte hjem til dem, hvor hans sønn Dexter også bodde. Der fikk han fikk bo med skog og fjell som nærmeste nabo, som de bruker aktivt hele året. Der trives han så godt at der skal han få bli ♥
